Fender Stratocaster with upgraded pickups and wiring and a TKL hardshell case in excellent condition. I will regret selling this guitar but I switched to a Jazzmaster style guitar and I don't have space for a guitar collection.
SPECS:
MIM body (from 2006, I believe)
MIM neck from 2021
Treble bleed on volume potentiometer (preserves high frequencies as you turn down the volume)
Tone 1 knob controls neck tone, Tone 2 knob controls bridge tone
CTS potentiometers
Custom dark green pick guard
PICKUPS:
Skywood Riverdales - Alnico 5 - 6.0k neck, 6.0k middle, 7.3k bridge.
Sand cast non-staggered magnets. Wax-potted, cloth wire, lacquer-dipped bobbins.
These are excellent hand built pickups from Orange, California that are no longer being made.
CONDITION:
There are a few nicks on the body, as it is older than the neck. The neck and frets have almost no wear at all. I have only had polished La Bella strings on it now, and they don't put much wear on the frets at all.
SOUND:
Sounds like a classic vintage strat. Crystal-clear chime, quack, and bell tones. The bridge pickup is just slightly overwound and can act like a slight boost and drive an amp or overdrive nicely, but it isn't a ton louder.
