The most important skill is speed in making sushi rolls.
You should be able to make one standard sushi roll in approximately 30 seconds while keeping it neat and consistent.
If you can make rolls quickly, we can train you on the rest of our menu and kitchen procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Making sushi rolls quickly and consistently
* Basic food preparation
* Packing customer orders
* Keeping the kitchen and work area clean
* General kitchen assistance as needed
Requirements:
* Experience making sushi rolls
* Able to work quickly during busy service
* Reliable and responsible
* Willing to learn
* Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
