- Minimum 3 years of serving experience in a quality restaurant
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service and standards
- Strong wine knowledge and interest in continuing to learn
- Passionate about food, hospitality, and creating an exceptional guest experience
- Friendly, warm, responsible, and reliable
- Comfortable confidently describing dishes, ingredients, preparation, and wine pairings
- Attentive to detail with excellent timing and service instincts
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a small, dedicated team
