Busy NYC restoration company looking for a reliable, experienced technician to join our team.
We specialize in:
* Mold assessments & testing
* Mold remediation
* Water & flood damage mitigation
* Fire & smoke restoration
* Demolition & construction
* Structural drying & moisture control
**Pay: $27–$35/hr based on experience, skill level, and ability to work independently.**
We’re looking for someone with hands-on restoration or construction experience who can step onto a job and contribute immediately.
**Requirements:**
* Valid driver’s license
* Reliable and punctual
* Comfortable with physical work and PPE
* Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
* Experience with drying equipment, containment, demolition, HEPA cleaning, and moisture detection preferred
* English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
* IICRC, mold, or other industry certifications are a plus
* Employment may be subject to applicable background screening conducted in accordance with NYC and NYS law
Lead technician or crew management experience is a major plus.
Can start part-time with the opportunity to transition quickly into a full-time position based on performance, reliability, and availability.
