We are looking for **experienced, reliable, and hardworking Plumber's Helpers** to join our growing team.
**Requirements:**
- Previous blue-collar, construction, or hands-on trade experience required.
- Plumbing experience strongly preferred.
- **OSHA 40-Hour SST certification required.**
- Experience in residential plumbing, service work, and/or new construction is a plus.
- English and/or Spanish speaking.
- Ability to drive a Sprinter van is a plus.
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable using tools and performing physical work.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Work on residential plumbing, service calls, and construction projects.
- Prepare tools, materials, and job sites.
- Follow instructions and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
