Looking for experienced full time line cook to join our kitchen team at Crown Heights staple Franklin Park. In the neighborhood for 18 years, we are a very large full service bar/restaurant - serving locally sourced, high quality bar food primarily (burgers/fries/wings, etc).
Very high volume, very fast paced. Seeking high energy individuals to join our kitchen crew. Average 35-40 hrs weekly. We've got a great team. But we're an evolving business and need more hands. Duties include working the line, food prep, breaking down deliveries, maintaining cleanliness and DOH standards and practices.
We have two full bars, multiple dining rooms and a large outdoor beer garden. It gets cranking. But it's a fun vibe, high energy, great team.
Must speak Spanish. Some English preferred.
Must have NYC Food Handler's certification.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
Must have valid SSN
