Overview
We're hiring reliable Dishwashers/Potwashers to join our culinary team ASAP across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx. Immediate availability is required — please apply only if you can start right away.
Duties
Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Keep dish station and surrounding areas clean and organized
Properly store clean dishware and equipment
Assist kitchen staff with basic prep and cleanup tasks as needed
Dispose of trash and maintain kitchen cleanliness
Follow health and safety food handling standards
Qualifications
Prior dishwashing/kitchen experience required
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Available to start immediately

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, with or without accommodation. Demands may vary by assignment/site.
