We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Daytime Cleaning & Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a facility clean, organized, and running smoothly. The role combines commercial cleaning, light maintenance, and general facility support.
Responsibilities:
* Daily cleaning and sanitation of bathrooms, classrooms, offices, and common areas
* Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor care
* Trash removal and general porter duties
* Receiving and bringing in deliveries
* Setting up and breaking down rooms for meals and events
* Light maintenance and basic repairs
* Assisting with miscellaneous facility tasks as needed
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment
Qualifications:
* Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
* Ability to perform physically active work, including lifting and moving supplies
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Basic handyman skills are a plus
* Valid driver's license is a plus
* Spanish-speaking is a plus
