Common Area Cleaner: Sidewalks & Hallways (Williamsburg, Brooklyn)

Seeking a dependable person for cleaning at residential properties in the Williamsburg area.
Duties Per Visit:
Sweep and mop two residential hallways (both no more than 3 flights)
Sweep outside areas at two other nearby building fronts
Remove leaves, weeds, and loose trash from all 4 property sidewalks/edges and common areas
Occasional sweeping of basement/boiler room areas if needed
Hosing the sidewalk, when needed.
Schedule:
During weekday work hours
About once or twice per month, more if necessary
All buildings are within a few blocks of each other, may need to walk to each location if you do not have a car.
Typical visit takes about 3 hours total depending on speed and efficiency
Pay:
$75 total per visit (meaning all duties above completed), paid via Check or Zelle
Important:
This is an independent contractor role, not an employee position
Work is on an as-needed basis for this limited purpose only
Looking For Someone Who Is:
Reliable and punctual
Detail-oriented
Able to work independently
Need to be able to carry bucket of water up flights of stairs and trash bags
Preferably located near Williamsburg
