I'm a writer/editor, and decamping to work on a writing project. If interested, please respond with a bit about yourself: profession, how long in NYC, past living situations, etc. First month + security required. Everything included (gas/wireless) except electric. Given the unconventional duration here, potentially open to someone looking for only a few months (Nov. & Dec.). Starting Nov. 1st or Nov. 15th, with possibility of going until at least March 1st.
