This would be communal living in a shared studio so trust communication and transparency come first before anything else. My end goal and the most ideal reality is to find other men within that age group that want to work and uplift each other and create a safe space for rest relaxation and rejuvenation having somewhere safe and quiet to sleep eat and shower for the year. This is a first come first serve kind of thing, i will be doing phone interviews and in person interviews to make sure that its the right fit. Will not tolerate thieves or bums so identity verification and employment verification will be needed this is a longterm commitment for people who are down on their luck and need a little grace and community. I work two jobs currently and will be going to school next semester im using this as an opportunity to change my finances and life and im looking for other passionate and ambitious men who are looking for the same. This is for people who want to build positive quiet uplifting living space, kind of like for super heroes in hiding/rest.The studio is in east New York 15 minute walk from Broadway junction.
Serious applicants send an email of your age, description current living situation (honesty goes a long way), your savings goal within a year from now, how many hours you work and where you work, and 1 or 2 photos of what you look like. Im 27 and as I said I work full time no racial hang ups and no drug addicts freaks or weirdos.
