I’m looking for a reliable individual for ongoing or occasional work at properties throughout New York.

Tasks may include basic cleaning, tidying, room/area upkeep, organizing, and other light caretaker duties.

Pay: $25–$35/hour, depending on experience and the work involved.

Looking for someone reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Individual workers preferred. I’m not looking for a service company.

If interested, please text me at (718) 814-9785 with your experience, availability, and hourly rate.
