CAP brand squat rack / power rack that can support up to 500 lbs, according to CAP. Great for squats, presses, rows, RDL’s, or any kind of barbell movement. And it comes in red!

Includes a few extras that I bought separately: upgraded J-hooks, safety arms and pull-up accessories that allow for neutral, pronated and supinated pulling grips. Only used indoors.

I also have a barbell and flat bench available for purchase separately.
