PAY & SCHEDULE
• Base Pay: $11.35/hour + tips
• Tip Credit: $5.65/hour
• Guaranteed Minimum: $17.00/hour (with tips, per NYC law)
• Operating Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday evenings
ABOUT US
We’re reopening a historic Brooklyn Italian red sauce restaurant with a strong neighborhood following and a brick oven pizza program.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring bussers to support a fast-paced dining room. This role is critical to keeping service smooth, clean, and efficient. Candidate must be a good self starter and able to manage tasks on their own.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Run food from kitchen to tables accurately
• Assist servers and bartenders during service
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room and service areas
• Stock service stations and assist with opening/closing tasks
• Help maintain flow of service during busy shifts
WHO YOU ARE
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Works well in fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Able to move quickly and stay organized
• Available nights and weekends

NYC PAY TRANSPARENCY
