The room is huge, and in the basement, and there is a small window that provides enough light. There is a Washer/Dryer in the building right outside the room. There is a small private half-bath on this floor as well. You have access to a backyard right outside the door.

The apartment has two other roommates who are very sweet, clean, and considerate, as well as a 13 year old cat. I have lived here for two years and it's an awesome spot. Great neighborhood and very walkable, with Irving Square Park nearby.
