This space is perfect for small scale crafters, painters, illustrators, stylists, set designers, jewelry makers, designers / working from a computer. We have held the lease for 8 years, and value the shared community culture we have built. We all keep quite different hours, so often you will have the space to yourself, or perhaps with just one other. There are 5 workstations in the space (including yours!)
