Hi, I am working out of state for half of each month so I am subletting my spacious Greenpoint apartment out for short term stays. $150 a night,$450 for a weekend, $850 for a week. Its perfect if you are visiting relatives in the neighborhood, traveling for work, or want to experience NYC the way locals do and on a budget. Next available date is Nov 10th
I have pets so I would not recommend this apartment for someone with allergies. One of the pets is a cat that came with the apartment and will have to be fed with the food provided. Shes an outdoor cat (weather permitting, she stays in more when winter is here) and very friendly and has been loved by all that have stayed here. Included is a fully furnished bedroom, a full separate living room,fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, private bathroom with tub, small backyard, and the apartment is located on beautiful McGolrick Park.
Overall, anyone that has ever stayed here has loved it. Its clean, very quiet building with very friendly neighbors, conveniently located next to Variety Coffeeshop, Met food, Palace bar, Goldies, Laundromats, and many other popular bars and restaurants. 10-15 minute walk to Williamsburg. Closest to the Nassau Ave stop on the G train and 15 minute walk to Bedford stop on the Ltrain.
