Pastry:
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented pastry chef or dessert specialist to join our restaurant team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant desserts, pastry preparation, and dessert presentation, with the ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute a variety of restaurant-quality desserts.
- Prepare cakes, pastries, mousses, custards, tarts, and other desserts.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and proper portion control.
- Manage dessert preparation, inventory, and food costs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service.

Host
We are seeking a polished, professional, and experienced restaurant host to join our front-of-house team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a high-volume restaurant, excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to create an exceptional first impression for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and the waitlist.
- Coordinate table assignments and maintain efficient dining room flow.
- Communicate effectively with servers, management, and other front-of-house staff.
- Manage guest inquiries, special requests, and seating preferences.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with reservation inquiries.
- Monitor table availability and dining room turnover.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain an organized and presentable host stand.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant hosting experience required.
- Experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of reservation systems such as OpenTable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
