RapidHire Group LLC is recruiting on behalf of Fleck Free Cleaning for a full-time Post-Construction Manager.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Post-Construction Manager will oversee multiple cleaning crews and coordinate post-construction cleaning assignments across several locations. This is a hands-on field-management position requiring leadership, organization, travel, and clear communication with crews and company management.
WORK AREA AND TRAVEL
The selected candidate must be able to travel to worksites throughout:
• Brooklyn
• The Bronx
• Manhattan
• New Jersey
• Upstate New York
A reliable car or van is required. Gas and tolls will be paid by the employer. The employer will explain the applicable payment or reimbursement process to the selected candidate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and coordinate multiple post-construction cleaning crews
• Assign daily work and communicate project expectations
• Visit and monitor multiple worksites
• Inspect completed work and maintain quality standards
• Help ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule
• Communicate with company leadership, clients, and field employees
• Address attendance, staffing, performance, and worksite concerns
• Reinforce safety procedures and professional conduct
• Track project progress and provide updates to management
• Respond to changing schedules and operational needs
REQUIREMENTS
• Previous post-construction cleaning experience
• Previous crew-lead, supervisory, or field-management experience
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish
• Reliable car or van
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple crews and locations
• Ability to learn quickly and respond professionally under pressure
• Authorization to work in the United States
COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE
• $25.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
• Full-time, direct-hire position
• The schedule generally begins at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and usually ends around 5:00 or 6:00 p.m.
• Later hours may be required depending on project and business needs
• Sundays are usually off, although occasional Sunday work may be required
• The Saturday schedule, if applicable, will be discussed during the interview process
