I'm looking for someone to take over the lease on my apartment by Oct 11. It's in a brownstone located on a quiet street in Crown Heights off Nostrand Ave. and Prospect Pl. The street is lined with trees and has a lot of recently remodeled homes.

It's just a 10 min walk to either the 2/3/4/5 station or the A/C station on Nostrand. It's also just a 10 min walk to Franklin St. for some great restaurants and bars.

Some of the furniture in the pictures can be left with the unit:
- King bed
- Bedroom wall closet
- Trash can cabinet in the kitchen
- Circular mirror (covers the electrical box)
- Bathroom shelving
