Ferguson’s Country is a new Southern-inspired neighborhood bar and restaurant located right on the corner of McCarren Park/
We’re currently looking for bartenders and servers to join the team.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for people who are:
Warm, personable and genuinely enjoy hospitality
Fast and organized
Comfortable working in a small, busy restaurant where everyone helps each other
Reliable and communicative
Able to read a room and give attentive service without being overly formal
Interested in food, cocktails, beer and wine
Comfortable with high-volume weekend service
Experienced
Excited to help establish the culture of a brand-new restaurant
Because Ferg’s is small, we’re particularly interested in well-rounded FOH people. Bartenders should be comfortable taking tables when needed, and servers should be comfortable learning the bar program and helping wherever the shift requires. Weekend availability is a must.
