Lounge located in Brooklyn is seeking a polished, self-driven Bartender, who embodies excellence, professionalism, and elevated service.
Requirements
6 months – 1+ year bartending experience (required)
Must reside in Brooklyn
Availability for weekdays and weekends
Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
Execute signature cocktails consistently and efficiently
Provide professional, upscale guest service
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
Follow established recipes and proper pour standards
Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items
Follow all POS, cash-handling, and credit-card procedures
Verify identification when required
Complete opening and closing bar procedures
Maintain proper sanitation and bar organization
Assist with training additional bartenders when needed
Work effectively during high-volume hours
Help maintain the overall atmosphere and service standards.
