We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Barback / Porter to join our team at a busy event and nightlife venue in Brooklyn.
This is a hands-on position supporting both the bar and general venue operations. We’re looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and can be counted on to keep things organized and running smoothly during events.
Responsibilities include:
Stocking and restocking beer, liquor, mixers, ice, and bar supplies
Keeping bar stations clean and organized throughout service
Collecting and washing glassware
Changing kegs and assisting bartenders as needed
Taking out trash and recycling
Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms and common areas
Sweeping, mopping, and general venue cleanup
Setting up and breaking down the venue before and after events
Helping with deliveries and moving inventory
Completing closing duties after events
What we’re looking for:
Reliable and punctual
Able to work efficiently without constant supervision
Comfortable working late nights and weekends
Able to lift and move cases, kegs, trash, and other supplies
Good attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Barback, porter, restaurant, or nightlife experience is preferred, but we’re willing to consider someone dependable who is eager to learn
Schedule: Part-time / event-based, primarily evenings and weekends
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Compensation: 12$hr+tips/ 18hr
