Lucy’s Vietnamese, renowned for its classic Pho featuring mouth-watering 14-hour smoked brisket, has rapidly expanded to five locations—Bed-Stuy, Bushwick, Williamsburg, East Williamsburg, and Ridgewood—since opening in 2015. Join our growing team!

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee inventory, food quality, cost control, safety standards, and overall kitchen efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe food storage and compliance with sanitation standards

• Document and maintain operational procedures

• Manage a team in a fast-paced environment

• Train and mentor junior team members

• Oversee menu planning and ingredient ordering

• Handle shift scheduling

Ideal Candidate

Dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about food. A Food Handler Protection Certificate is preferred (we can assist with certification while working with us).

Job Details

• Full-time position

• $5,300/month for 50 hours/week

• 2 weeks paid vacation, plus 4 paid holidays

• Quarterly performance bonus (eligible after a 90-day probation period)

• Restaurant type: Quick service / fast casual

• Shifts: 8–10 hours, including weekends
