ABOUT MYNY
WHO WE ARE: The most reliable way to realize your dreams of NY real estate — whether that’s buying for the first time, moving up, downsizing, or moving upstate, downstate or across the city — is to work with an agent who knows what they’re doing, who cares about the outcome. This is why we focus on developing agents who know the market, get ongoing training, and have constant support from their brokerage leaders. Every great experience starts with a great agent.
We built our company by investing in each one, and in systems that help them help you. 20 years later, from NYC to the Hamptons we can honestly say we are excited to continue serving you.
Your NY is our NY.
OUR PHILOSOPHY:
Every great real estate experience starts with a great agent. Real estate at a high level is a demanding career and business. Success here is earned through consistent hard work.
Our role as a brokerage is to make sure that work has direction. To create conditions where serious agents can grow and build lasting careers, no matter where they start. That means equal access to leadership, tools, and training. It means a commitment to every agent, not just the top producers.
We don’t sell fantasies of overnight success. We tell the truth about what it takes to survive and win in this business. And to do the best possible work for buyers and sellers.
MYNY is a place for agents who want to build something real and lasting, and who are willing to commit to the long, disciplined process needed to do it well.
