We are a high-growth commercial food service and catering operation (not a restaurant). Our executive is highly involved in community functions and multiple external business ventures. We are looking for a warm, outgoing, and "take-charge" operator to be the organizational backbone of the company.
🎯 The Mission
This is a hybrid role that requires a rare mix of creative aesthetics and analytical discipline. You will be responsible for:
Operational "Command Center": Attend meetings/events with the executive, taking real-time digital notes and ensuring immediate follow-through.
Menu Design & Aesthetics: Create professional, visually appealing menus and proposals. You should have a "design eye" and a sense of style.
Costing & Proposals: Use your Excel and computer savvy to track costs and ensure every proposal is profitable and accurate.
SOP Development: Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for jobs and events to ensure flawless execution every time.
Problem Solving: Act as a "relentless troubleshooter" who can think on their feet and handle challenges before they become issues.
