Hi! I’m Jeff from Palaura, a dating product team from Singapore. We’re inviting local adults in the New York City area to share their experiences with dating apps, paid matchmaking services, and relationships.
About the interview
- A casual, 60-minute conversation in English.
- In person in the New York City area, on selected dates in early December 2026.
- With one interviewer and one colleague from our team.
- You’ll receive $50, plus a coffee or a simple meal.
Your feedback will help inform our product research. You don’t need to purchase anything or sign up for our service.
Who we’re looking for
For this round of research, we’re looking for adults aged 22–60 who were born in the U.S., have lived in the U.S. long-term, and currently live in New York City or nearby.
You should also have at least one of these experiences:
- You’ve used dating apps regularly.
- You’ve used a paid matchmaking service.
- You recently started a relationship and can share how you met your partner.
You don’t need to be single. We especially welcome adults aged 45 and over.
Where we’ll meet
Our team will be visiting New York City and the surrounding area, including all five boroughs and nearby communities. We’re happy to travel within the area and will do our best to meet at a local coffee shop, casual restaurant, or another public place that’s convenient for you.
