The building:
-- is mid-rise, with elevator, on a major street;
-- has a live-in super, a part-time doorman, and roof deck with great views, as well as fitness and laundry rooms; and
-- is near several subways (one stop to Manhattan), buses, citibikes, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, shopping, Brooklyn Bridge, parks, and promenade.
The apartment has good heat, light, air-conditioning, and internet.
The spare bedroom is fairly large with full sized bed, new mattress, dresser, closet, desk and tv.
Your rent, including utilities, would be $950 a month, but very negotiable, because rent is secondary to compatibility, and am also in need of a paid assistant for my home office.
