Fusion gets about 23-26 MPG CITY and over 30 MPG on highway. Really nice car in great mechanical working order, no major issues known or indicated.
Car has been maintained extremely well, as am only third owner (2nd owner was my parents). 1st owner sold after 5,000 miles (corporate car). Have recent CarFax report showing good maintenance record. Oil has been changed consistently at 5-6,000 miles, full synthetic.
If seriously interested, will forward the carfax report from this July. Car has had no issue passing yearly road worthiness and emissions test.
Recent work done: Had front struts replaced, new tires last summer, transmission fluid was changed this spring, new brakes in back with rotors. New A-arm replaced on front left and right within last year.
Past work done: back struts replaced, normal alignments, etc...
Car was involved in a T-bone accident over 10 years ago. Car was struck by negligent driver directly in the driver rear door, and bent frame around the door. Insurance paid to have all damage fixed, including new panel on driver side. No issues with fix in over 10 years. There are no alignment issue, never any abormal tire wear or handling.
Other incident: I ran slightly over a curb once, so front driver bumper a little scuffed (thus the zip ties holding on non-structural plastic molding. There was no real damage done, beyond cosmetic in front.
Getting rid of car due to recent move here from Wisconsin. Have found out quickly I do not need it anymore for my new lifestyle.
