Private Guest Cottage with Caregiving Available – Unique Living Arrangement
I’m looking for the right individual or couple who would enjoy a private living space in a peaceful coastal setting, with the option of personalized caregiving and assistance.
The private 600-square-foot guest cottage (converted barn) has its own kitchen, bathroom and living space. It offers independence, privacy, and a comfortable place to call home, with the added benefit of having an experienced caregiver nearby.
I have 10 years of caregiving experience and am currently available to work with the right person or couple. This could be an ideal situation for someone who is still relatively independent but would appreciate a helping hand, companionship, or assistance with daily living.
I’m open to a flexible arrangement that combines housing with caregiving services, with the details depending on individual needs and circumstances.
Have your own caregiver? Another possibility is for your caregiver to live onsite. I also have a private, one-bedroom guest studio on the lower level of my two-story home, where I live upstairs. This could be a wonderful option for someone who prefers to have their own caregiver close by while maintaining a degree of independence.
