Skilled Construction Workers Needed – Chimney / Welding / Scaffold – P

We perform residential and commercial chimney, venting and related construction work throughout NYC, Long Island and Westchester.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Experienced chimney mechanics/installers
• Welders and fabricators
• Workers experienced with scaffolding
• Experienced foremen / lead men
• Skilled construction laborers
• General laborers / helpers
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
• Chimney repair and installation
• Stainless-steel chimney liners
• Boiler breeching and venting
• Welding/fabrication
• Scaffolding
• Rigging and hoisting
• Masonry
• Rooftop work
• Commercial construction
• Demolition and general construction
ABOUT THE WORK
This is per-diem/on-call project work. Workers are contacted as jobs and workdays become available. This is not guaranteed Monday-Friday employment or a guaranteed number of hours.
We are building a dependable group of workers that we can continue calling as our project volume increases. Workers who are reliable, skilled and perform well will be considered first for future assignments.
PAY
Daily/per-diem rate is based on experience, skill level, certifications and position.
Compensation for an assignment will be discussed and agreed upon before you accept the work.
WHAT WE EXPECT
• Show up on time and ready to work
• Reliable communication
• Follow jobsite and safety procedures
• Ability to perform physical construction work
• Work professionally around customers and other contractors
• Ability to report to jobsites throughout the NYC area
CERTIFICATIONS
OSHA/SST, welding, scaffolding, rigging and other construction certifications are a plus. Please tell us what certifications you currently hold.
FOREMEN / LEAD MEN
We are especially interested in experienced individuals who can lead a small crew, coordinate work in the field, maintain jobsite safety and communicate with company management.
