We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at a local cigar shop in the Arthur Avenue area of the Bronx!
We are currently hiring for FULL-TIME and PART-TIME positions.
Compensation & Schedule
Starting Pay: $18/hour
Location: Arthur Avenue area, Bronx, NY
Employment: Full-time and part-time
Age Requirement: 18+
Store Hours:
Monday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Tuesday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Wednesday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Thursday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Friday: 9 AM – 7 PM
Weekend availability and specific shift assignments can be discussed.
Job Responsibilities
Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent customer service.
Handle sales and operate the cash register.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store.
Restock merchandise and assist with inventory.
Handle daily store responsibilities independently.
Qualifications
Must speak Spanish fluently.
Must be punctual, dependable, and responsible.
Friendly personality and good communication skills.
Able to work independently without constant supervision or micromanagement.
Trustworthy, organized, and attentive to detail.
Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Important Information
This is strictly a retail sales position. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the store. Employees will be responsible for assisting customers with cigar and tobacco purchases only.
