Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Implement and progress treatment plans and therapeutic exercises
Assist patients with rehabilitation, mobility training, and strengthening programs
Monitor patient progress and document in EMR/EHR systems
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (required)
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Strong knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation and therapeutic modalities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in outpatient, sports medicine, or rehabilitation preferred (but not required)
