**MR. Collision and Paint** is looking for an **experienced Auto Body Combo Man** to join our team.
We are looking for a **skilled, reliable, and hardworking technician** who can take a vehicle from **disassembly through final reassembly** with quality workmanship.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* **Experienced Auto Body Combo Man**
* Strong body repair and metal work skills
* Ability to replace and repair panels
* Ability to perform prep work, including sanding, masking, and priming
* Ability to work independently from start to finish
* Experience identifying hidden damage and repair issues
* Ability to read and follow estimates and repair plans
* Strong attention to detail
* Takes pride in quality workmanship
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* **I-CAR certification is a plus**
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Disassemble and reassemble vehicles
* Perform body and metal repairs
* Replace and repair damaged panels
* Complete necessary prep work
* Follow approved repair plans and shop procedures
* Communicate additional damage or repair concerns to management
* Perform final adjustments and corrections
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
* Follow proper safety and repair procedures
