General Contractor offering a Part time to full time.
Construction superintendent job offered to work 4 PM to 11 PM Monday to Friday.
Interior work mostly and some exterior as sidewalks and some brick. You must have a good attrite of work, always positive.
Supervision, understanding of blueprints, Coordination of trades, safety (62 SST). You should be available on the phone to discuss the project as need.
The job is to start in the Bronx, but there are jobs to oversee in Brooklyn.
Hours per week varies, may be 20, 30, 40 55 max.
You should have reliable transportation.
We will pay additional training to the SST as need it.
English and preferable Spanish.
Any Race, man or woman. Has to have the capacity to resolve issues, have the capacity to paint and light work if required and go over punch list.
