Overview
We're hiring skilled Cooks to join our culinary team ASAP across multiple locations — as far south as Riverdale, as far north as Tarrytown, and as far east as Pelham. Immediate availability is required — please apply only if you can start right away.
Duties
Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard of quality and presentation
Follow menus and accommodate special dietary needs as directed
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen
Coordinate with kitchen/event staff for timely food service
Assist with food/supply inventory as needed
Follow health and safety food handling standards
Qualifications
Proven cooking experience (fine dining or food industry preferred)
Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen
Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator
Available to start immediately

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, with or without accommodation. Demands may vary by assignment/site.
