TORSX is building out a serious Bronx leasing operation.
We already have inventory and opportunities in the market.
What we need now are experienced Bronx agents who can actually handle volume.
This is not a beginner recruiting ad.
We are looking for agents who have already closed deals, understand how Bronx rentals move, know how to work clients aggressively and want significantly more business.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FEW STRONG BRONX AGENTS
Not a huge roster.
We want proven closers.
People who can be handed inventory and immediately start moving it.
Ideally, you already:
* Work the Bronx regularly
* Have closed meaningful rental volume
* Understand Bronx neighborhoods and renters
* Know how to run showings efficiently
* Follow up aggressively
* Convert
* Can handle new-development / lease-up inventory
* Are available full-time
