AdaCo Construction seeks an experienced electrical contractor for vacant homes and cabins in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Hochatown and surrounding areas.
Scopes may include troubleshooting, electrical repairs, outlets/switches, lights/fans, new circuits, panel/service work and electrical connections for outdoor amenities. Tell us whether you handle permits/inspections and hot-tub, sauna and pool circuits. Must be authorized/licensed for the electrical work you perform in Oklahoma. Provide clear pricing with material responsibilities, inclusions and exclusions.
Must have experience working as a subcontractor for GENERAL CONTRACTORS on VACANT homes, rental turns, investment rehabs or short-term-rental renovations. Experience limited to selling directly to homeowners does not meet this requirement.
Requirements: applicable licensing and insurance; your own tools and transportation; ability to follow written scopes, coordinate with other trades and meet agreed schedules; regular progress photos; written approval before extra work; complete final punch lists; keep the property clean and secure when leaving.
