This is a new in box (never displayed) 1:18 scale diecast of the car that Dale Sr. and Junior raced in his last 24 hour race before he was killed. I watched on TV as during the night, when it was raining cats and dogs, Dale set track records as being faster than any of the prototype cars. TV announcers could not believe the speed he had, especially in the rain.
I ordered this car as soon as it was available, and then two weeks later, he was taken from us. I have kept it in the original box, opening it up only to look at it when I got it.
