Watsontown Trucking Company is hiring experienced Regional and OTR CDL-A drivers.
EARN THE EQUIVALENT OF $0.93–$1.12 PER MILE
Our pay is HOURLY PLUS A MILEAGE BONUS. You’re paid for ALL driving and on-duty hours—including traffic, loading, unloading, customer delays and breakdowns.
REGIONAL PAY
• No unload: $26/hour + $0.03 per mile bonus
• Driver unload: $27.25/hour + $0.06 per mile bonus
• Potential first-year earnings: $90,000–$108,000
• Predictable home time and weekends with family
OTR PAY
• No unload: $28/hour + $0.03 per mile bonus
• Driver unload: $29/hour + $0.06 per mile bonus
• Potential annual earnings: $98,000–$126,000
• Out 19+ days, followed by 4–6 days home
BOTH OPTIONS INCLUDE
• Overtime after 50 hours

REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience
• Current DOT medical certification
• Meet DOT and company driver qualification requirements
