It's a nineteen eighty three liberty trailer , it's completely free, A tree fell on it about a year and a 1/2 ago.So the back bedroom leagues very bad and needs repaired, The trailer would either need to be hauled away or scrapped or fixed up where it's at, but no one can live there until the work is complete and You would have to pay rent every month while working on it , which is six sixty five a month, The trailer will include 3 window air conditioners that work excellent. A refrigerator that works excellent. A washer and dryer that works excellent and the furnace works excellent., I bought a new trailer so I need to get rid of this one as soon as possible, It's got a good clear title.... Again , I need to get rid of the trailer , And again it's for free.... If it's left here in the park , you will need to fill out an application over the internet
