Offered for sale is a Craftsman single blade axe. The single bit axe is a usable tool and just as good of collectible. The 36" long axe has a 8” long head with a 5” long blade. One axe face is clearly marked 'Craftsman'. The Craftsman markings have two lines on each end of the Craftsman text which is the Craftsman logo used in the 1950's. The axe weighs almost 5-1/4 Lbs. total weight with handle (see scale attachment). The blade is smooth as shown. The head is firmly attached to the good condition handle. The hammer flat measures 1" wide x 2-3/4" long. Compare Craftsman axes online and buy locally with confidence!
