Penny Pub is looking for a hardworking, energetic and dependable Barback to join our team.
This is a fast-paced position and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy nightlife environment and being part of a team.
Shifts Available 7 Days a Week
8:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Full-time and part-time schedules available.
Responsibilities
Keep bartenders fully stocked throughout the shift
Restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, ice and bar supplies
Change kegs and replenish bottled and canned beverages
Maintain ice bins and glassware
Collect, wash and organize glasses
Keep bar and service areas clean and organized
Remove garbage and empty bottles throughout the night
Assist bartenders and servers during busy periods
Help with nightly closing and bar cleanup
Anticipate what the bartenders need and stay one step ahead
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
Energetic and hardworking
Reliable and punctual
Able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
A strong team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable being on their feet for an entire shift
Able to safely lift and move cases, kegs and bar supplies
Available for late-night shifts
Experience is preferred but not required. We’re willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, great attitude and willingness to learn.
