Redhorse Performance, a growing manufacturer and distributor of high-performance automotive plumbing, is hiring a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team in Bridgeview.
We're a small company, which means this role touches a lot. You'll work directly with our sales and technical teams on reporting, customer data, and our race event and trade show calendar. What you'll do
• Maintain and update sales reports, and build new ones as needs come up
• Manage the CRM pipeline and keep customer records current
• Manage the event calendar — plan, schedule, and book race events and trade shows
• Handle post-event follow-up
What we're looking for
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup formulas; comfortable in Word and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to use CRM software
• Sharp attention to detail, and the ability to juggle priorities from more than one department
• Punctual, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude or ChatGPT), with an emphasis on using them to eliminate repetitive tasks
• Previous administrative, sales support, or marketing coordination experience preferred

Full-time, on-site in Bridgeview, IL. As with any small team, there are a handful of days a year when everyone pitches in outside their core role.
