We are looking for a reliable and experienced Pizza Man to join our busy pizzeria team.
Requirements:
- Previous pizza-making experience preferred
- Experience making NY-style pizza
- Able to stretch dough, prepare toppings, make pizzas, and operate the oven
- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently during busy hours
- Must maintain consistent quality and portion sizes
- Keep the pizza station clean and organized
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Must be a team player with a good attitude
- Weekend availability is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and make pizzas according to our standards
- Prepare dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings
- Monitor oven temperature and cooking times
- Keep the pizza station stocked and clean
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Work with the kitchen team to get orders out quickly and correctly
