Established emo/pop punk band looking for new drummer

We are looking for people who:
- Are in their early 30s (or close to it, we're willing to flex a bit for the right person)
- Are ideally local to or close to the Ocean County/Monmouth County area
- Have years of playing and writing experience - must be pro-level performers
- Have similar influences to us and can vibe creatively with us
- Are willing and able to tour here and there (we're hoping to start doing weekenders every season, maybe a couple week long tours each year)
- Are willing and able to play shows across the northeast US
- Are financially stable and able to contribute to band expenses as needed (recording, merch, tour van rentals, etc)
- Are able to play to a click (especially the drummer) - we play to a click live with minimal backing tracks
- Are just as dedicated as us and want to take this as far as it can go, and willing to commit to a serious band
- Aren't currently in any other serious bands that can potentially conflict with this one
- Are a good hang (fun to hang out with, positive vibes only)
- Have NO conservative politics. We are very leftist, if you aren't also leftist you will NOT vibe with us.
We have played at House of Independents several times, The Stone Pony, Anchor Rock Club, Debonair Music Hall, etc and opened for artists/bands like Palisades, Fred Mascherino, Youth Fountain, Emblem3, and recently DJ'ed Emo Nite at Asbury Lanes. Current plans as a band are to get back to writing extensively and put out a few more singles, and potentially a new EP or album sometime afterwards. You must be ready and willing (and excited!) to contribute to the writing process with us. We'd also like to start getting back out on the road and touring here and there since we have spent close to 2 years building out our following online more.
