Gymnastics / Sports Instructor – Part-Time
We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and enthusiastic instructor to teach recreational gymnastics and movement classes for children ages 3–5 and 6+ at New York Gymnastics Center in Briarcliff Manor, NY and/or Shames JCC in Tarrytown, NY
No prior coaching experience is required! We are happy to train the right person. The most important qualification is a love of working with children and the ability to bring positive energy and enthusiasm to each class.
Experience in gymnastics, tumbling, cheerleading, dance, sports, or working with children is a definite plus.

NYGC IN BRIARCLIFF HOURS
Thursday: 12:30–3:30 PM — daytime availability required
Additional class hours: IN BRIARCLIFF MANOR
Monday: 4:30–7:30 PM
Wednesday: 4:30–7:30 PM
Thursday: 4:30–7:30 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM–12:30 PM
What We're Looking For
Loves working with children
Friendly, energetic, and encouraging personality
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable leading and interacting with groups of children
Willing to learn how to teach beginning gymnastics skills
Gymnastics, tumbling, sports, camp, or childcare experience is a plus, but not required
