Thuro Metal Products is a leading supplier of precision parts used in the aircraft, automotive, agriculture, lighting, and oil industries, shipping millions of component parts directly to assembly lines. We are utilizing CNC lathes and milling machines, as well as conventional multi and single spindle automatics and support equipment.
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to operate our CNC milling machines in a fast-paced job shop environment. We are currently offering a position on the evening shift.

Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC milling machines. - Familiarity with cutting tools and drills. - Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment. - Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 30 lbs. - Must be available to work part-time for evening shift, 4:30pm to 9:30pm
Responsibilities - Verify material quality before machining and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications. - Load raw material into work holding, remove finish parts when completed. - Use precision measuring tools to maintain quality standards. - Change worn tooling when needed - Perform routine machine inspections and preventative maintenance. - Maintain a clean and organized CNC work area. - Communicate effectively with CNC programmers, management, and fellow team members.
Compensation is based on skills and experience.
