Center for Child and Family Therapy is seeking a fully licensed mental health therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD) to join our established group practice as an independent contractor (1099). This is designed for clinicians who want the freedom of private practice—without dealing with billing, scheduling, or building a caseload from scratch.
We’ve been a trusted part of the Kitsap community for over 35 years and provide a steady stream of referrals, so you can focus on clinical work.
What This Role Offers:
Independent 1099 contractor status – full autonomy over your clinical work
Flat daily office rate (no percentage split) → keep more of what you earn
Flexible schedule – set your own hours, no productivity requirements
Fully furnished office (playroom available if desired)
Full Practice Support Includes:
Billing services
Online scheduling system
Professional email and voicemail
Reception support
Established referral network (marketing suggested)
Optional pathway toward Registered Play Therapist credential if desired
