Lansdowne Development Corp. is hiring experienced Equipment Operators for upcoming construction and development projects.
We are looking for dependable, safety-conscious operators with hands-on experience running:
CAT 305 Mini Excavator
CAT 289D3 Skid Steer
CAT 275 Skid Steer
Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate excavators and skid steers
Perform excavation, grading, backfilling, site preparation, and material handling
Read and follow site plans, grades, and directions
Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work effectively with laborers, foremen, and other equipment operators
Follow all company and job-site safety requirements
Requirements
Proven experience operating construction equipment
Experience with CAT 305, 289D3, and/or 275 equipment preferred
Ability to operate equipment safely and accurately
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Strong understanding of construction site safety
Ability to work outdoors and perform physical job-site duties
Valid driver's license preferred
